BFS 2010 Gift Guide: Calendars
It’s the perfect gift for amateur historians, nostalgia buffs and everyone who has trouble keeping track of what month they’re in.
It’s on sale now, just in time for the holiday season.
It’s sensibly priced at $15.
It’s the 2010 Springfield Rewind Wall Calendar.

This dandy of a calendar features then-and-now photographs of popular Springfield landmarks that capture the span of time in vivid detail. Exquisitely produced by Amish people who know a thing or two about craftsmanship, each calendar is really, really authentic.
And while those other guys will try to pawn off calendars that cheat you out of valuable pages, you can be certain that every Springfield Rewind Calendar comes with a complete year’s full of months, even oft-forgotten February.
I purchased two of these beauties (if they raise the price of the 2011 calendar, I’ll be set.) Quantities may or may not be limited, so get yours today.
Thanks, Dan.
For those not into the whole e-commerce thing, you can also find the calendars downtown at Trout Lily Cafe and Studio on 6th.

I know I said I wouldn’t do this, but you misspelled “calendar” a couple times.

Did not!
Okay I did, but I’m under a lot of pressure, what with the holidays and all, and the transmission on my van is going out.
Plus calendar isn’t the easiest word to spell, the way the vowels switch from a to e and then back to a again. It gets confusing.

Um, unless you went back and corrected the mistakes after AnonCom pointed them out and before I saw this post, I failed to find a single occurrence of said misspelling.
Pardon me if I misspelled “occurrence”…
Anyway, thanks for the heads-up on this. Great gift idea. May just buy one for myself for shiznits and gizziggles.

I did correct the mistakes after AnonCom pointed them out. I couldn’t leave them hanging out there like ugly blemishes.

I am glad that I found this blog. It will help me to see whats going on in the area since I will probably never go back home at all. I have not been back since class reunion 1990. I love it here in Northern Maine and would not move for anything in the world. Leigh
