Dan, I hate those shoes. But you say they’re comfortable, huh? How can they be; aren’t they made from gel-like plastic? I’d think your feet would sweat buckets.

I’ve never tried a pair on, but they claim that they are comfortable and I can’t imagine why anyone would put anything that looked that on their feet if they weren’t.
Sometimes, style must be allowed to trump comfort or else all is lost. In which case we’d might as well chase George Costanza’s dream and ensconse ourselves in velvet.

On rare occasions I have relented and followed the masses finding that they were right.
I don’t think this will be one of those occasions.
My running shoes are plenty comfortable…….and I don’t look like Brad Pitt on the newest cover of “People” magazine.
